Heres some specs. on Leadership point value since they are now a working option.
(copy & pasted) I take no credit for this just adding reference to the forums is all.

-(L) to bring up Leadership window.
-Must have 3+ in your group to accumulate exp.

Cumulative Abilities

Health Enhancement:
(can give +100HP with all three ranks)

Rank 1: 4 points +30 hp
Rank 2: 6 points +30 hp
Rank 3: 8 points +40 hp

Mana Enhancement:

Rank 1: 4 points +30 mana
Rank 2: 6 points +30 mana
Rank 3: 8 points +40 mana

Health Regeneration:

Rank 1: 4 points
Rank 2: ? 6
Rank 3: ? 8

Offensive Enhancement:

Rank 1: 4 points +10 Atk
Rank 2: 5 points +9 Atk
Rank 3: 6 points ? +8
Rank 4: 7 points ? +7
Rank 5: 8 points ? +6

Somewhere someone said max at highest rank is +30 Atk, somewhere else thought +45 Atk was the answer. Rank 2 is from my own experience. I am thinking Rank 3 will be +8 Atk, then +7, etc for a total of +40 Atk.

Insptect Buffs: (PC only)

Rank 1: 4 points Gives buff information similar to the /pet report health command
Rank 2: 6 points Same as above and also shows buff time remaining.

Mark NPC:

Rank 1: 3 points Target has green ring around it and name appears as: 1- %T
Rank 2: 4 points
Rank 3: 5 points

Ranks 2 and 3 do the same except there would be a 2- or 3- in the name

Any chance this could be revised?

This numbers are a bit too low in my opinion!

100hp for 18 points? That seems pretty weak. I would be ok with increasing the number of points required to earn the upgrades, but I would also like to see more like a 1000hp increase.

Rank 1 - 10 points, 300hp
Rank 2 - 15 points, 400hp
Rank 3 - 20 points, 400hp

Same sort of deal for mana. 100 hp/mana is negligible by level 70 even before raid gear.

id love to see a change in some of these values - i always loved the idea of Leadership AA's - but in their current state they are pretty much worthless to have 8(

They are really not that hard to get. In maybe a week or average playing Ive got HoTT, Spell Awareness, and Health Enhancement 2. But again, in perspective of where the game is...these values are very minimal hehe.

It would be nice to see an increase across the board, especially if it required more points

According to today's announcement, the following increases were made:

HP Enhancement: 100/300/600
Mana Enhancement: 100/300/600
HP Regeneration: 20/40/60
Offense Enhancement: 20/40/60/80/100

Unfortunately, I'm not seeing these increases. I've maxed out all of my leadership AAs and am only getting +100 HP and +50 ATK (haven't checked the other two stats). Shouldn't I be getting +600 HP and + 100 ATK?

I'm using the Titanium client and am current on all custom files. Is there something else I need to do to trigger this update?

You are actually getting the new values once you reach 3+ in group. The number that is being displayed in your inventory is incorrect. If you use #showstats it will show you the correct HP value.

I am looking into fixing the inventory display to update properly, but just wanted to let you all know that the new values are indeed working.

You're right, I do see the correct values when I do a #mystats. Thank you for the clarification!
