The Hidden Forest

I turned in the recipe I received from Pappa Tobias (How to Make Lifestone) to Billy the Groundskeeper. Billy will not give me the next task in this quest line. Clicking in the highlighted "hand" text would not give it to me.

When hailed now, Billy says, "I've heard you were in contact with Pappa Tobias. Did he have anything for me?"

Did I do somethign wrong?

I repeated talking to Pappa Tobias and he gave me the recipe again. Turning it into Billy allowed me to progress again.
