Using ISBoxer Need Help

I am new to boxing, it is kinda interesting I have to admit. I guess it is necessity on THF. Always thought myself as a ranger, I am finding out I need to learn how to heal and tank too, I am slowly building up my confidence.

Here is the problem: I been using ISBoxer and need help. I am boxing three (3) chars. I can get them to auto-fallow through /follow command, but then when I hit the "UP" key on the main screen, the other two (2) chars toggle from run to walk. I am sure that I have no Mampkeys that do that. I checked: Always on, noncombat and combat - and don't see what could be causing it.

It is not all bad because they mostly move in straighter lines, unless they are far away - hehe. However it would be nice to know if anyone has encountered this problem. My key for toggling Run/Walk is "CTR"-"R".

Thanks. :D

Is key broadcasting on and "up" bound in game maybe?

Sometimes when follow breaks the chars that were following get stuck in walk. Run/walk seems to toggle itself during normal operation depending on distance from lead char, and if follow breaks during a period of walking...

I recomend a Logitech keyboard with G keys. Have a G key activate hotkey # on your alt's screens which has a macro /fo

A G10 is about ÂŁ60 and a G510 ÂŁ70. I have used both. Using G510 since the G110 died (after several years heavy use to be fair).

In both cases you have 18 extra keys that can then be assigned with native support within is boxer.

Hey Dell, if you don't want the ability to use a key binding on multiple windows at once, delete your character set in ISBoxer, run the wizard again and towards the end of the wizard uncheck those 2 boxes. I did the same thing when I first started using it and didn't want that to happen since I just dont have the capacity to use my toons that efficiently lol.

Doesn't AF innately toggle the characters who are following into walk/run as needed? That's the way it has always appeared to me, when the leader stops moving, they all switch to walk to not overshoot.

Maybe, is that true Droonkan, does it switch to run later on because they seem to stay in walk. Maybe its an EQ function part of auto-follow?

Hey Penpahg nice to see you here, I wish I was playing THF instead of being at work. I am definitely not ISBoxer savy in making this work seamlessly. I do like the mapkeys, however I did delete all the formations, thought those were dumb. Sometimes it is easier to switch screens for movement for example then try to do it from the lead screen.

Thanks,

Having 2 monitors helps. I had main char on screen 1 then 4 or 5 boxed chars on screen 2. If you so chose you can make hotkeys to swap any window to main screen and it happens instantly (to the naked eye at least). I ran my other instances in low resolution so could always see and read what was going on with every character.

Only reason I found to switch to a diff focus screen was to run 1 char at a time, otherwise I had all chars common actions bound to a G key, activatable when main character was focus window.
