Doesn't matter really. That DPS is available to anyone so having that in the parse would do no good. Although would be interesting to see the effect of it.

Yea, taking the recast into account (10 mins or so?) its basically nothing. Taking into account what burst damage could do, its a different story.

Again, since everyone could get this, it's not needed for class balance comparisons.
