Just to put my grain of salt in here, this post was about comparing the DPS of a zerker with the one of a warrior and I suspect they are now in line. The bottom line of the problem is comparing it with the DPS of another DPS melle class (rogue or monk). We haven't heard back about it so it would be nice if our high end equipped zerker could do some parsing to see how they compare now with the new donator weapon stats (i'm staring at you gtzrider).
I know, I know, you hate me, but hey, spreading hate is what necromancers are for so that's fine with me

Regards,
Nagash

No parse - no fixing (what's to fix?!).
I added and upgraded the 2h weapon only augs to get the Zerkers some loving. Beside that i really need to see some parses. Zerkers should be among the Top. If they aren't im willing to tweak.

Really i think the person doing the parse should be the devs.
Its going to be extremely difficult to get a like for like parse because of difference in gear, aa's amongst other things.
You can easily create a naked bezerker and naked whatever class and do the parse.
Just a thought...

On the other hand it's not exceedingly difficult to find a good AA'd 2.0 (2.5) Berzerker and compare it to the rest of the 2.5 crowd. Since our time is really limited and we already work so many hours daily on this free project.
So far it worked great that the community reports something, provides data and the Devs take care if a problem is obvious.

My zerker (Dammurr) probably represents the 'average' zerker for a tier 5 raider. 20570 hp, 3935 ac, and 1372 atk according to magelo (and I have yet to finish all of my poair augs, once those are finished it will be a little higher). He is definitely out damaged by our guild's better warriors, and seems to come just above our non donor warriors who have a mix of tov and ST gear.
If someone wants to post a link to a website with a parser program, and basic instructions on how to run the parse, I will get off my ass and finally get my 2.0 (already have extra 2.5 charm in bank) and run some parses with 2.5 and donor-point-five.
Dammur
Edit- if anyone has any suggestions gear wise, please feel free to make them. I really do not look at people's magelo's, just learn what drops as we progress through tiers.

http://gambosoft.com/Pages/Downloads.htmI just use the standalone exe. Install it or run it (depends on what file you get). Next make sure you turn do /log on in Game.
Next step, alt tab to the Tool (best to make shortcut to desktop), open it, select log file which is located in your Everquest/log subdirectory. Will be named YourCharsName.log
Next, within Gameparse, on the top, go to the very right, fill out some fields here like char name. What helps is to set Default Battle Timeout to 10 secs. Otherwise, you have to wait 60 secs after each parse ffor the XYZ has been slain message (which will not occur if you parse against a dummy).
Then next, go to the overview tab, click the fight you are intesteded in and click "Send plaintext to forums". Now go to our forum here, open a new post or reply and hit control + v to paste the content from the clipboard to the forum. Done!
