how much of this server can you do with 2-4?

I'm just curious how much of this server can be done with just a group or less?

Right now I play with my spouse and we can 2 box... so I was just curious how much can be done? Right now the named mobs in sebillis are pretty badass and wreck us unless we have high level buffs. Meanwhile, the normal mobs drop like flies.

Truely alone? Not far. This server is based a lot on guild and donors! So if you have one or the other or both you will do great!

I box a group of 5 and have one bot, have just finished TOV, its just about right hardness' I have donor weapon and looking for maybe getting the bp. Mq2 helps loads.

what exactly should I think when someone has a donor item? I've heard of them, but I have no idea what the gap between donor and looted actually entails.

Well, donor items are the top gear and always will be. They upgrade when the highest of tiers come out. If you go donor, weapons are definitely a good start for any class.

If we use the improvement between Tier 8 and Tier 9 for loot rewards as a baseline...

We see a range of +25-80HP for one tier, ignoring other stats.

If we compare the highest tier gear to the donor items...

We see the donor is +100AC and +250HP, before we even consider heroic stats and amazing effects.

vs
(Donor) webtools/items.php?id=17851

Again the donor is significantly stronger with +115AC and +250HP, raw stats alone.

Using our baseline above, the stats alone on donor items are currently 3 to 10 tiers above and beyond what is available from the best boss drops, ignoring all click and worn effects, and augmentation slots. They're super good. That is the gap between looted and donor.

I would say no. Someone(s) around you should be pretty well donored in the end imo lol. Content is hard but doable with the right people. Donor doesn't mean much without the mad skills to go with it though. And or boxing millions of toons .
