EQ Versions and Dates

Hey all - Does anyone have dates for the eqgame.exe's for all versions supported by THF? I have the current versions/dates, would love them verified or expanded on.
Titanium - Jan 11, 2005
SoF - Sep 7 2007
SoD - Dec 19, 2008
UF - June 8, 2010
Steam Version - Feb 5, 2011

UF is correct I know that.
For those that don't know how to find the dates:
Eq folder > logs > dbg.txt
