Question for wizards...Hate reduction

Other then the donator Augment, are there any other items that have spell/bash reduction as a worn effect, or even as a buff? The epic augs have it on a focus, but that's all I could find. I use the token of eternal ice to help reduce hate but that's only by 600. Concussive Strike from tier 8 looks nice but I'm currently only tier 7 so that'll have to wait, and I've never seen it for sale.

I don't remember if Concussive Strike drops in hoh or not, but in any case, if you offer some cash, people with wiz will buy it and sell it to you, that's not a problem.

I did a search for Divine blessing and it seems it's on an item in shadow haven too.

Concussive strike rk 1 is indeed a 1k point spell. Need a wiz with available points to buy it for ya.

Chaotic Fellspine also drops a spear with a clicky that reduces spell hate for about a minute after focus/AAs.
Spear of the Magi. It's tradeable too. It's not a huge bonus, but certainly worth a social for /casting when you know you're in a long fight and you're about to unload all your huge DDs.
