Vex Thall Key Quest

The original starts in Akheva Ruins but there is no zone in. Has the turn in been changed? Not looking for any spoiler, just where to start. Going to get back into playing and looking forward to new zone.

I went through the text and got the container but had to delete it to make room and she won't give me another.

The moon's tear is found just outside the old man's observatory. Keep it away from deku scrubs though
