Hey gang!

Just looking for a good spot for plat farming? I know of Seb for the gems, is this the only real place for plat? Im looking to save up for a t8 mage pet. Any suggestions?

Seb is a great spot. LDoN can also be a good way to collect gems as you get the adventure points in addition to working towards Sol Ro Tower (req. 50 wins to enter per toon) access. Plus it's better exp as mobs are on-level.

Infact, I'm feeling in a generous mood - what's your in game name? I'll buy the T8 pet for you, it'll make farming plat somewhat easier.

+1 LDoNs. Seb is great also. Someone pointed me to Velks Lab as well but that zone is headache inducing to me just like Guk is.

Ldons is the best but you're limited to two runs per hour (unless you can do hard mode). If you can do hard mode, this is probably the fastest cash farm available pre T7 and has all the other benefits associated with farming ldons.

Seb is good because you can just keep on going but there are some grey mobs and you'll get less XP and if there are others in zone you're contesting kills. You can get about 5k-7k every 20 minutes or so, depending how fast you can kill and how empty the zone is.

Velks is equal to Seb but there is the set up (getting into the Lab/Castle area) and some downtime between clears. But you get XP for all the kills and very few people go here, so you won't be contesting kills. 5-7k a clear, 20 minute respawn I believe.

Siren's Grotto is slower for gem loot and more annoying to traverse but I'll buy Deepwater inks from you (needed for Alchemy). If you decide to do this, I'll buy the inks at 350pp per ink (send me a PM here). You can get about 30 inks a clear and about 4k in gems (if you do it in a certain order, I can tell you this if you need to know), so that's about 14-15k a clear (roughly 20 minutes again).

I also am in the market to buy deepwater inks from siren's grotto, but I can't quite afford 350pp each.. However, if you like grinding the zone and Ydiss hits 300 alchemy and you have more to offload, I'll do 100pp each for them up to 100k pp or so.

Stay away from the Chaotic Fellspine I went there exploring this morning and he whooped my poor mage a couple times. Hit her for like 10k lol. I have about 40 inks I think. samaus31 if you send a tell to Cruele or Dynamite when I am on you can have them and can sell or whatever
