Hey all,

Just wondering if the cleric epic 3.0 clicky spell is a buff or a heal?

It's both. A group heal that also buffs the group with the 50% mitigation effect.

so is the buff a 100k hp heal/buff? Seems its an error on the wiki page.

it's a group heal, that has a recourse effect of 18s which places a 50% mitigation buff on the group.
