An open letter to "box guilds"

I started this message in a different thread, but I don't want to hijack it with something off-topic.
I know most of the folks here that raid play upwards of 12 toons in order to raid. Many of your guildmates have been pulled away by real life/other games/etc., so the need to run a box army is strong.
I just wanted to invite you to join us within LoZ. What I'm not asking is that you abandon your guild/teammates. Send over 1-2 toons, or create new ones, and raid with us as well! Most of our raids start around 7pm EST, but we do have Aussies and Euros that squeeze in some other raiding.
What's unique about LoZ is that we have a pretty good range of personalities and we're building a community. We'd love for you to be a part of it, even if only on a part time basis between your other guild activities!
