I would go in Icewekk keep for grinding aa's and loot all trasdeskill items which can be used to get same armor than Kael one's.

Get AA in icewell. Can do solo quest using blacksmith to make Kael armor.

If you can get groups, then do Kael. Look to get a guild for doing ToV and above
