Inaccesible BST AAs

I am not able to allocate AA points to the two BST skills "Warder's Fury" and "Warder's Alacrity". They are greyed out and the textline where the pre-req should be stated is just a bunch of jumbled characters (like |~¤3@).
If I am not mistaken these should be Reqlvl 65 AAs with no pre-requisites, so something seems odd.
I have about 200 AAs assigned now with plenty in each tab and still no dice. I have tried both Titanium and UF client but same result on both. Characters name is Beastfubb.
I'd appreciate any insight into this problem
