Purification, Paladin AA

This ability does not seem to be working properly. When cast it should be an instant self only cure-all. Currently it does nothing. From looking around I found that on live it would do the effect of Purify Soul 20 times, effectively curing anything on the caster. The reuse timer looks correct at 72 minutes.
