The Hidden Forest

I just purchased the pet discipline AA for my shaman and its not working. He's level 65, I'm using the underfoot client. I've tried typing it, hotkeying it...pet does not respond when I use the command /pet hold. My pet messages are not filtered out.../pet back gets the "Sorry master, calming down" message no problem.

Any ideas?

They just "fixed" hold for UF client. Maybe the fix didn't get the pet return message coded in too?

I tested it against the dummy mobs in shadowed grove and when they hit me my pet attacks. I've tried using it in dungeons as well the pet still attacks

So, like I said in game, I wasn't aware that Shamans got pet discipline to begin with. But, it sounds like maybe something got reverted or it only was fixed for UF client with certain classes.

Cool well thanks for replying I'm hoping if its a bug or something that a programmer may see this and add it to their probably long list of things they've got going on.

Shamans definitely had pet discipline in live, and we've got it available to select as an AA on this server. My old main was a shaman, and I definitely had pet hold... ah well worst case I go grind some more AAs! Thanks for the replies.

I'm a Necromancer, and for some reason, I can't even purchase this AA, despite having the points for it. It doesn't have any requirements listed, so I'm not sure why I'm not being allowed.

Confirmed with others that it isn't a class issue. Pet hold (after being bought) is working on the necro and shaman i've asked.

I'm using the Underfoot client. So while its good to know its working, it would really be awesome to know how to fix the issue. I have up to date server files... I also noticed there's more than one pet hold AA you can buy for the shammy anyhow. I bought the other one yesterday and still can't use the /pet hold command. They're located on different tabs like "Class" or "Archetype" or something still no luck though.

The first one is hold, the two upgrades are different commands. One is /focus, which sticks it to one mob until told otherwise, the other is ??

Neither of them have worked since i started playing emu.

Works for me but I have had the aa for awhile now.
Wish I could offer more.
