Ultra Rare Epic drops in LDON

Just wondering if there would be any support on possibly having ultra rare drops in LDONS, since there really aren't any. Maybe adding boss mobs in MM that may drop something...

It's 50/50 right now that I'll do this. Have a ton of projects on my plate as it is.
