The Hidden Forest

I have updated EQ, also crashes going into Chardok.
Before that, my characters would be put, into seperate instances, or in pairs.
Now I crash everytime, I can't even play without going to Stillmoon, and i'm tired of Stillmoon.

What client are you using?

I am not sure what client I am using, i quit playing over a year ago, but I did update, when i started having issues. The update made it much worse.

After posting this, I saved my old EQ folder and tried to download.{ RoF2 client download } but site was down. open to recomendations. Thankyou again.

The issues such as changed items, things I had in my bank I new had use or value. Then as my new character leveled to 70 with no real problem, I grouped my other accounts and wnt thru SSRA, I got my flag, had already got my 1.5 Beastlord epic, with no problem, and found I couldn't zone into Chardok to get my 2.0 epic. I could zone into Stillmoon, but got split up into pairs, zoning into VT, oddly enough into the exact same pairs no matter what order i zoned them in.
I got a token or Xegony T5 one I had in the bank, and it split me up in Eryslai, the Kingdom of Wind as well, made a few easy killls and zoned out. Now I can't even get in, it locks up, and i have to use yout character stuck program, to get my characters back.

I'd recommend to follow our Player Guide. Not sure where you tried to download the client from but we have a THF specific RoF2 download available which should work great if you follow the setup guides.

Zones are down. Chardok and Fire for sure, but who knows what else if someone actually did some exploring.

Interesting, thanks for reporting it.

If anyone has a bit more detail it'd help. Anything like when and how you got a disconnect while in a zone, etc. As always, thanks for keeping us updating.

Ill redownload later today, see what happens.

It happens when you click VT tokens, I'm able to click tokens again without crashing zones now that the reboot happened.

From now on I will only click tokens in instance zones so this will not be a problem a anymore.

I did a clean new download using everquest_rof2_THF.zip and added THFpatcher
I haven't tested much, I could zone into Chardok, and SSRA, I got booted off while in Chardok and it's late for me.
odd thing tho, I can't use eqgame.exe, I could only log in using THFpatcher, the ui is different, and I couldn't find Target of Target.
