Sebilis/SolB tuning

To give you heads up, we are currently doing some Sebilis and SolB tuning to smoother the progression from pre-raid Tier 2 to Tier 3, to address a tremendous difficulty jump between them. (basically this means, the mobs DPS should go down a bit, excluding top boss encounters)

At same time we thinking to Turn Plane of Valor into a 4th pre-raid tier by itself, perhaps complimented with a new alternative zone.

I think valor is fine the way it is and wouldn't touch it. Truthfully I would look to tweeking another zone like Plane of Hate or plane of Innovation. Innovation would probably be the best option. It's a large zone with seperate areas to hunt in w/out people stepping on each other.

I didn't meant to say we would be changing Valor.
We thought that since the difficulty tiers from Seb/Solb now stand a bit easier than Valor, we wanted to declare Valor its own tier and made made an individual gear set for it, but after examining of what is coming before and what is coming next (Kael/Icewell), there is simply no logical room to stick something else in between :mrgreen:
A parallel zone to Valor will be added as an alternative to scenery basically.

How about some weapon drops from Valor. Mostly a piercing item, but a bow would also not be a bad choice in my opinion. Far as I know chardok has a bow (chance of it dropping is not something you want to bank on). Seb has a piercer but is again one of those not fun drops.
