Tsiraka in Westwastes

Not that it really matters since this wyvern (Tsiraka) probably doesnt see a group encounter very often but from what i can tell from its loot table its shouldnt be any more of a challenge over the other dragons for the tear fragment but to my surprise like some sick joke this thing raped our group with ramps 4500 and ae's 4500 super fast as soon as i engaged i jumped over to the bard to find out he was zoning to the forest so i clicked back over to the war and he had already beat the bard to the forest.
I know this 4500 ramp and ae is in range with the other dragons but something needs adjusted on it both go off way to fast
