unbound death in crystal caverns code on walls

Character was never soulbound, in fact aludarcus has so far never cast bind, since creation.
Died in Crystal Caverns.
(10years out of game +autofollow=funny ;p)
Respawned in a box I could not leave by walking.
Walls were written with x, y z co-ords or something. untextured. etc.
maybe it was a door ? meant to be a door ?
anyway, seemed odd so I'm here submitting a screenshot for more details .

Could mean you are missing zone files, or that your zone files are corrupt but not sure.

I got stuck in one on live back in the day. was told it was a dev box. they use them for, well, i dunno what lol, but with those coords in there, you could /goto those coords to check zoning issues.. just a guess, cause im a noob mostly at this stuffs.

woops, forgot the happy ending:
I clicked my charm & ported to the starting glade.
Rebuffed, re-ported in , and survived the second try at traversing the zone. Went from the port-in spot that Elyse sends one to all the way through til I popped out in the Eastern Wastes, zero problems.
Maybe no one has run into this since people tend to 'bind early, bind often' especially on a squishie ...

They were commonly referred to as Dev Boxes, or Gm Boxes. Mainly used by GM's prior to the /hideme ability being implemented so that they could spy on people in a zone without actually being seen. Most pre-luclin zones have one.
