Named mobs in Chardok

Most of the named mobs in Chardok have the same loot table:
When killed, this NPC drops :

2. , Skeleton Eye
3. , Skeleton Bone
4. , Skeleton Ribs

8. , Jade Meditation Hoop
9. , Earring of Bobbing Corpse
10. , Antiloot
11. , Overseer`s Signet
12. , Earring of Woven Bark
13. , Sarnak Statue of Harmony
14. , Imperial Wardog Collar
15. , Echo Pauldrons
16. , Inlaid Jade Hoop
17. , Telescope of Clear Vision
18. , Mask of the High Chef
19. , Clear Water Pouch
20. , Cloak of the Howler
21. , Voice of the Unseen
22. , Bracer of Persistence
23. , Sarnak Bow of Fame
So...you would think that killing 23 named mobs, you would see on average, one of everything on that list...but I don't think that is happening.
Has a group, we are seeing a lot of #1-#10 drop, some #11-#16, and almost none of the loot between #17-#23. And please get rid of Antiloot!! Seeing that thing drop 3 times in one trip is really disconcerting...
But seriously, we almost always have augs rotting simply b/c I think they are dropping way more then the other loot (which would be nice to have, if it dropped).
Perhaps have different named mobs their own loot table, or give augs a separate value for dropping (like 50% chance of random aug and 100% chance for item loot). I just bring this up because if this was all random, then there is no way over the course of my time down there, I've seen 10 Antiloot's drop but no Bows, Bracer, Cloak, Pouch, Pauldrons, or Wardog Collars...
