ST - The Final Arbiter loot table

So far ive yet to see an item drop off this mob, all i get is the aug/arrows. I was lucky enough to get 2 stacks of arrows in todays kill.

Is there any way for the aug / arrows to be on their own loot slot w/ a lower % chance or something? or even without the lower % chance since in general they are pretty worthless. It'd be nice to see an actual item. This was done for the knight sword on master of the guard like a year ago (its on its own loot slot) and thats an item, not a relatively worthless aug / stack of arrows.

Yet for me it dropped tons of Glowing Black Totems and Belts. I guess dice have no memory :(

Wishing I could get a belt at this point. However the random loot is random seems silly when you are randoming for a chance at something that is of less value than a blue diamond on a T3 mob :/ Esp when theres an option to put those two things on its own loot slot on the mob and allow actual items to be on one as well.

Im not suggesting a completely extra loot slot be added (ie 2 items + 1 slot for the arrow/aug) but at least if 1 slot was a guranteed item and the 2nd slot was a chance at the random crap would be better :/

Sucks to get a double arrow drop off a named mob, esp when better drops off trash and not a named (even if its tiers higher, its at least off trash and not robbing you of boss loot).

you are talking about has taken many of us over 20 kills to see drop. I would just lick your wounds and chalk your luck up to a bad RNG run.

Doesn't make it any less of a valid request to put an augment and an arrow that have EXTREMELY limited use on its own loot slot so that an item actually drops. There's no reason trash loot should occupy both slots (and it is trash loot if you look at the drops of augs/arrows elsewhere).

Its not like this would make the arrow/aug more rare or less rare, it would simply allow an item to actually drop with it. Like I said this has been done in the past (see master of the guard and the knight sword) so I don't see why it would be an unreasonable request for even less vital of items.

I'm surprised Lillu hasn't chimed in on this yet, as it reminds me of an old debate involving the Emp 2H dmg aug and making it have its own loot table.

When this zone was first released I was actually thinking the same thing as the OP; the arrow is not a real piece of gear, and it's really only useful to one class (much like the Emp aug is only useful to a select few). As such, it doesn't really make too much sense for it to share a loot table with the rest of the loots.

I'm wouldn't agree with the aug. It may be subpar compared to higher tiers, but for its era, it is one of those drops that someone could have made use of and might be glad to see.

Definitely agree that the arrow should be a separate drop, though.

Well, the Aug did end up being put on its loot table, and this change was made when Ssra was the only raid content available so I don't see your point with higher tiers.

Anyway, that's not the point. The point is that items that are more misc items do not really deserve to take up a whole loot slot on a raid boss!

Was just saying the aug may have use to someone, albeit limited use to limited people. The arrows are complete trash and always rot on our runs. After the 10th stack in my bank, I stopped bothering and my supply has dwindled down to a single stack as I destroy them to make room for quest items. The aug could be moved too, but the arrows should be for sure.

Bomb I think moving the items to another table is semi-reasonable, but i take issue with some of the statements you made here about the value of the arrows and aug.

I completely disagree and its pretty clear that you don't know what you are talking about. That is the second best dropped arrow in the game and many rangers rely on it for endless quiver. You dont get an upgrade for 3 tiers (fear) and its a minor one.

That aug is also THE BEST slot 8 two hander aug that the majority of the players here will ever see. Many people are still using it in tier 7+. I'm not trying to be contrary, but it bothers me that you came in here calling quality itemization "trash".
