Ok, there are two ways to go about this:
1) Kill the giants in Kael until your specific slot / class armor piece drops. This can take quite a long time depending on luck. Everything but Chest and Legs drops off the yellow con giants. Chest and Legs drop off the Red Con nobles. A class that can slow or a slow proc item does wonders here.
2) Craft the Armor. For this you must have your trade skill leveled up to 255 for your class.
See my smithing guide for Blacksmithing. For tailoring follow Jerants advice:
"There is a much easier way which I don't mind sharing now that I'm hitting the 275 range. Seriously the easiest way is to level to 70 first and then go farm Tae Ew hides and blood. You can also grab the meat to bake with if you want.
1 Tae Ew hide + 1 Tae Ew blood + 1 sleeve pattern = skill up to 279.
2 Tae Ew hide + 2 Tae Ew blood + 1 backpack pattern = skill up to 295.
Check out the drop rates ... some mobs drop up to 6 of those items. Post 200 I can make 10 skill points per night." - Thanks to Jerant (I'm not a tailor)
After your tradeskill is leveled up, the items you need are:
Reworked Muramite <slot>.
Vial of Solution <Plate for Plate> <Silk for Silk> <Chain for Chain>
Muramite <Plate> <Silk> <Chain>
These all drop in Icewell Keep off of the dwarfs. Chest and Legging reworked are a fairly rare drop off of named.
Combine the Solution with the corresponding Muramite Material <Plate> <Chain> <Silk>
This will give you Infused Muramite <Plate> <Chain> <Silk>.
This combine makes a NO DROP item This was to insure that you would have to skill up each character for their armor.
Once you have the Infused Muramite <Plate> <Chain> <Silk>.
You must search for your classes armor recipe in the Forge or Loam:

The rest of the armor requires 1.
Enjoy your new armor.
