Having some trouble

Hello. I started playing here in the last couple of days, everything has worked very well until Monday morning. I downloaded the 0524 file and extracted it to where it went, and attempted to log back in to the server(private connection using Titanium client) and the following is what has changed:

You have 0 of 0 expansions, it was scrolling 10/10 prior to this.

I can log all the way in to the server select, click the proper server(the non test) and when the client tries to connect ... I get a 3-5 second pause, and a msg pops up on the screen stating "An unknown error has occurred"

I have tried logging back in through the EQemu portal, and I can select the server - even load it to character select, yet there are NO characters on the menu. I was watching general ooc on Monday morning, folks were reporting being logged into others accounts. Not sure if it pertained to THF or not.

If someone could check into the status of a dwarf cleric named "Rustroot" and respond here?

I will attempt to reinstall the client tonight, although I don't think anything changed on my end to have this happen.

This is normal with the private LS.

The log on issue should be resolved. When did you last try to log on?

As early as this morning around 8:30am(EDT) I will attempt again tonight when I get home 5:30ish EDT.

So I'm experiencing the same issue. I logged on earlier today for about an hour or so to just check it out, and I logged off. I returned to find after I logged on it said I had 0/0 expansions. After I clicked it I ultimately had to do a hard shut down because it was either loading extremely slow, or it locked it up.

Any help on this matter would be a great help. Thanks.
