Let's finish this post with the following feedback from the Devs:

We are aware of the problem and will try to come up with a solution soonish. The server is obviously not ready for 2 or more competing guilds. This wasn't such a big issue before with Evo and Prog for whatever reason, example being players weren't able to solo lower tier Raid encounters etc.

Creating instances of said Zones with lockouts would be the best solution really. Im not sure if that is an approach that is technically feasible. Need to check (we gained some knowledge with instances due to LDoN).

As for a current solution, i can only suggest that the 3 guild leaders in question will meet and create a schedule on who can take a shot at which time. And this would include offitimes when people would just go for /ran 100 instead of DKP for some mobs or just the fun of it.

I can create a Leader Only Subforum for Jeido, Rerfu and the current Progeny leader (not sure whos in charge) so you 3 can setup a rotation and communicate with your guilds.

We understand the frustration that this would cause, but atm i cannot think of a different solution then to just respect your peers and their raid goals.

Current Progeny Leadership is: Grubb, Cordio, Stickerz all the same guy.

And I'm sure we'd all like to help with the revamp, test and debug and such.

This is all I am going to respond to, and I just want to say that it is not true. The only mob I or anyone in Evolution has had "timed" in ntov has been Lady M because we are trying to get the CoTH orb. You should never ever ever be surprised to see that mob dead, the CoTH orb is way too valuable for anyone who boxes and it will be killed very frequently.

The only time in the past month Evolution has done a FULL NToV clear was on Wednesday night, and even then we left lord Feshlak up. The purpose of this clear was to have a quick and dirty raid on Vulak the following day, which I gave you a two day notice about.

Evolution has never been a cock block guild, if anything we've worked with lower guilds to let them progress. However, if you are going to accuse us of it either way then maybe we should become one.

There's a lot to this thread that I want to respond to, but I'm honestly quite short on time here, story of my recent THF life...

I'll start by saying that Progeny is currently being headed by Grubb. I would suggest you speak with him about any raids on NToV mobs, as they are easy targets for Progeny members to gear up on. I wouldn't be surprised if Progeny has been killing those targets as well, which is why you may be having a hard time finding many up.

Secondly, I personally can 6 box all of NToV minus Vulak and will on a whim decide to do just that, because I can and still need alt gear. To expect anyone to not because you think you deserve a shot is just not going to work. I never held a grudge against Evolution for the mobs they easily boxed, and the only gripe I had was the long respawn on ST key dragons which was VERY generously lowered to accommodate that problem. Even then, I still considered anything fair game if you're there with the necessary force when they spawn, regardless of who "needs" to progress. Unfortunately, that's the nature of a competitive game. You're just s.o.l. if you didn't get there first.

Plain and simple, Evo members do what they want when they want to because they can. The members of Evolution can solo-box NToV and therefore don't consider it a raid and are allowed to kill whatever they please in their "off-times". I would hope you allow your members to do the same.

If you want to find a solution, I suggest you beat them at their own game and find a way to keep them on lockdown yourselves. Progeny did it, and still would be if we all had the playtime to do so. Harsh as this may be, it's just the reality of it. I'm telling you this from experience, and trust me, I'm in no way biased.
