Hard LDoN boss augs

Excellent Totem of Endurance from hard LDoN bosses has no stats.

For reference if you need to know what they have, the Excellent Sapphire of the Spirits has 125 mana/endurance, Excellent Sapphire of the Body has 125 health, and the other is an understandable mixture at 75 hp/mana/end with +5 resists.

I'd also like to suggest that the Excellent Sapphire of the Body be given 125 endurance to match the Excellent Sapphire of the Spirits
