- SK and PAL Donator Weapons now have 115/30 for Damage/Delay to make use of Damage bonus
- Procs changed from Fiery strike to Real Anger.
- Sk Proc effect changed to be a 1k/tic Lifetap for 1 minute, including a Stun. Recast of 10 mins added.
- Duration from PAL click has been doubled, max heal upped by 50
- Enc Effect is now Direcharm up to lev70
- Bard Epic had Cleave VII added
2 new Enchanter spells are on the THV Vendor - Mana Flare II and III. Rank II procs a 1000 DD, Rank III 1500 DD.
All Manaflare spells have had their recast delay removed (30 secs before). The Procs now also have a -100 resist mod.
This is another attempt to bring casters closer to Melee Damage. Please post feedback.
