As I understand it, our chance to hit with skills is already pretty damn high. I don't think that this will make a terrible diference personally so im fine with removing the chance to hit and keeping the proc... the proc was really all I was after anyway. If you felt the need to add something somewhere else to compensate.. I'd never argue ;)

Also, the recast on the bard epic is still very far out of line as compared to the other classes. 10 minute recast is not in line with the other classes clicks. Can you please change this to match? (I'd post but the item search does not show recast timers on weapons so sorry I can't give you an easier way to check them Tyler).

Forgot Bard recast, its cut in half now, aka 5 mins.

Rog chance to hit removed from both 1.5 and 2.0 clicks.
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed

Did removing the Chance to hit resolve the outstanding issues btw?

I forgot to check last night, will check today. I did notic the ninja change to the duration which just freakin' awesome.

From a pure Rogue's perspective, everything is working now. 2.0 clicks works great with all discs and clicks. Can't say about the shaman/bard stuff, but I would assume the same.
