Works fine for me, what issue are you having? It is possible that the OOW alt activates may not be working. I tested with /alt activate 39 (bestow divine aura).
*EDIT* It does appear to be expansion based. For Clerics these work:
35 Mass Group Buff
36 Divine Resurrection
37 Innate Invis to Undead
38 Celestial Regeneration
39 Bestow Divine Aura
41 Purify Soul
And these do not, but we have them:
153 Radiant Cure
169 Divine Arbitration
254 Divine Avatar
255 Exquisite Benediction
331 Origin
