Epic 1.0 achievement broken?

I'm a pretty casual player and the achievements aren't a big deal to me personally, but I noticed a possible problem. (and sorry if it's already been addressed, but I didn't see it discussed anywhere)

I (Dubb, 70 ROG) noticed I didn't have the Epic 1.0 achievement, so I deleted my Ragebringer and quested it again a couple of days ago. But I still don't have the achievement. I'm not sure if it's broken or if I'm just bugged somehow (as is usually the case), but I thought I'd mention it.
