Leggings are now self only, just wondering if its possible to make it cast on yourself whitout toggeling targets?

I checked it and seems like that the item itself has no issue. It must be equiped to cast it like other items, but unlike some items where you dont have to switch target to yourself to self cast it, this item needs self targeting. It is probably because of the spell itself that the item uses. We might mess with the spell file lateron to change things like this.
