The treasure chest beside the soul binder now has nothing for sale in it.

Spell vendor sells portal of vale and circle of vale.. both 255 req lvl and 1hb scrolls.

Need new Spell File for that (available now). Other is fixed also.
Item Change -> Reload needed
Spell Change -> Reload AND new Spellfile needed
