I think its broke again, when i use it, i dont see a buff pop up at all, and the re-use timer thing for Innerflame seems to be broke also, mines still 22 min with the epic 1.5

The Timer reduction has never worked on eqemu, I wish it did

As for the buff it shows up in your song window not your spell window, so if you dont have your song window up you wont see it

He was just confused about the clicky showing up in the effects window when it shows up in the song window

Everything Works other then recast timer, but that is a known and old issue

One of the passive effects on the 1.5 is suppose to lower the re-use timer of the Innerflame Discipline, but it doesnt work on the Emu falcore said, so its just kinda a totally useless effect :p
