Issue with Shadowknight Spell Decrepit Skin

There seems to be an issue with the level 70 Shadowknight spell: Decrepit Skin.

Basically I've looted it and am unable to scribe it, it says "You have already scribed the spell: Decrepit Skin", when I definitely haven't.

Upon inspecting the spell scroll item it it seems the item is messed up:

Spell: Decrepit Skin
Level needed: SHD(255)
Skill: 1HD Blunt
Mana cost: 0

That spell doesn't exist (on Titanium), only the scroll did. I removed the drop.
