Berserker Cry Havoc

The level 68 discipline Cry Havoc is supposed to increase the melee critical chance rate of your group. Currently the discipline overwrites haste effects (ie Vallon's Quickening etc). Is there anyway this could be changed to where it could be actually used? Currently there is no point in using it because it overwrites melee haste.

I changed it to go the the short duration buffs, let's see with the new spellfile.

Still removing haste when the effect is applied. According to the spell description it is using the same buff slots as a haste effect.

Downloaded the new spell file before even making the second post today and the spell is not working as it should be. The spell is still overwriting haste effects.

Ok went through and reinstalled the new spell file after work and it is still not working. I tried it both on Titanium client and SoF client with updated spell files. I am not sure why yours is not overwriting your haste effect but I know for sure that it is overwriting mine. Even when I attempt a rebuff from Sune it is giving me the will not take hold message with Cry Havoc up.

After further testing after I logged in to play I think i figured out the issue. Cry Havoc is a crit chance increase and Hastening of Sallik also has a crit chance increaser attribute to the spell which is causing them not to stack. Vallon's does not have the same increase to crit chance as Sallik so it stacks fine with Havoc. I guess what we have currently have is as good as it will get. I will just have to start using Vallon's over Sallik which is no big deal. Thanks for looking into the issue :)
