Recruitment isn't really open, but it's not closed either. A few of us from Dinodeeps decided to go seperate ways with the intention of keeping the core of the guild together, it didn't end up working out the way we had planned, so we could be looking to add 1-2 people.
I'm not looking to add anyone in a day, week, or any deadline, I'm looking for the right people. Playtime and knowledge of EQ are really all that I'm interested in, class composition doesn't matter much, altho ideally it'd be a monk / ranger / berserker / rogue or a cleric. Probably looking to have you 2 box, but if you box more, that's fine.
Gear comes quick and easy on this server, the fact that our guild is so small and our mains and alts are almost decked in everything the raid game currently has to offer means that you'll catch up in no time.
If you don't have time to play multiple hours 5 nights a week and if you don't have any eq raid experience, we probably aren't interested, we succeed at content because we are skilled and knowledgable of the game we play, and those are the only people we're looking to add.
