Fiery Might effect seems a joke, maybe we could change it to something cool like +10% Dmg, keeping it as :
I keep the +10% double attack mod as most melee classes can dual wield
A worn effect as Bots do not use clicky effect
Below all ToV quest BP focus effect modifier (For example, RNG/BST get a +55% DD spell, MK gets a +15% dmg, healers get their main heal mana costless 25%, casters get +spell dmg)
I think that's reasonnable. In that way, ToV BP will always be better than those ones but we may have a step before quest ToV BP and also BP's for Bots at ToV level)
