Bard AA Tune of Persuance (tracking)

I have maxed this AA to rank 5 which, according to the description, should put my maximum tracking skill to 150, instead of 100 (10 per rank). However skill ups are not happening through usage of the tracking skill and my trainer informs me I cannot train it further.

Is this an issue with eqemu or can it be fixed server-side?

Just implemented this AA on test code. Should be good to go in as we update (soon).
