10th ring event?

I wonder if you guys could consider customizing this in the future. Could either make it similar to the actual 10th ring quest on live (where you need to do the previous quests first), or just make it a task that a raid can accept and if they make it through the event they all get an award. (or a cap of X amount of people get it?)

I know other plans are in the works atm, but maybe in the future this can be a viable option.
