Bazaar & Trading Guide - Sticky Please !!

SO! You want to trade eh? Make a little plat? Some shiny's ? Add some weight to your little coinpurse?

Well ! As of today, the bazaar has been tweaked, tested, and is now 100% functional !!

Below is a short, quick, dirty little guide that I'll write for those of you wishing to put up a trader and start making some plat, or to finding and buying from one of the player merchants within the bazaar.

How to **SELL**

1. Purchase a Trader's Satchel (or more than one if you've a lot to sell) from Merchant Tekrama. Tekrama is located in the hub area where you first zone in. For those of you that have maps, its the area marked "Merchants".

2. Make your way into the Red Dragon Hall. NOTE: You must CLICK the teleporters on the ground to move around the bazaar, unlike live where you step onto them to port. Ill look into fixing this and getting it functional later on today.

3. Find one of the smaller hubs in which you wish to set up shop, and step onto the raised dais. (If you're not on the raised dais, it WILL NOT ALLOW YOU to enter trader mode.)

4. Type /trader into your chat window to open up the trader screen.

5. Insert the items you wish to sell into the Trader's Satchel, it doesn't matter where.

6. In the trader window, click the items that you just stuck into the satchels, and over on the left side of that window, type in the amount that you wish to sell said item for.

7. Hit "Set Price" button to set the price in stone. This is the price that will show up in your trader window when people right click on you to view your stuff. To clear the price that you've set, obviously hit the big ol "Clear Price" button.

8. Make *SURE* every item in the Trader's Satchel has a price, or the bazaar will NOT let you enter trader mode. It should give an error message indicating if this is the case.

9. Hit "Begin Trader". A title should appear on your toon "Trader <Yourname>", indicating that you are indeed in trader mode.

10. Come back later and collect your fat sack o' cash !!

- Helpful Hints -

For trading, instead of taking your main into trader mode and setting him up, make an alt on another account to do it ! This way, should you come back from your afk and wish to play your main, hes not tied up in the bazaar, and you can continue on with the alt in trader mode while you play.

Make yourself visible ! Dont sit your toon way back on the platform, get it up front !

Keep your vendor with the lump of others. If someone is just browsing without using the /bazaar window, and you're off in your own little hub by yourself, you're missing a potential customer, and that's baaaad mojo.
