Yep, Vesk needs to learn something other than beating on things. :-)

Besides he needs to get higher on the achievment list than Hans. :-P He is working on Blacksmithing now, soon will move to tailoring. But I wanna do tinkering and alchemy!

Opened this up in the code that I am submitting any sec for the test server. Also added npc script open_trades.pl for giving people skill in the 3 trades (tinkering, poison making, alchemy).

You'll need to switch the quest qglobals column to 1 on the npc using the script I submitted!
