Defensive/Stonewall Discipline

can anyone else confirm this? I've tried to reproduce it without any luck. all worked fine at my end.

Yup, every time I try to use any discipline while mobs are engaged will grey out my timer, but no effect from the disc. I don't get any message stating "your spell did not take hold" though...I am getting those with the stacking issue from the buff discs I listed in my post above...

Not even offensive disciplines will work for me, either. They work fine out of combat or on incoming pull, but never after the mob has taken any damage. I can reproduce it, and have many times since the revision change.

I'll test again tonight, but I stopped clicking Furious first for fear of discs not working. I've been clicking def/stone first then engaging just to be sure. After wiping repeatedly to disc failing I stopped taking the chance.

Ok, for Moordian's problem with Sev, I assume it's because Sev silenced him and he hit his disc while silenced. It eats your disc but won't give you the buff because you are silenced.

As far as other people having issues, I've had no problems using disc after disc, give it a second or two I wouldn't try spamming it.

I just noticed this too last night... this was with the ST warder that casts silence (the one that always drops 2 daggers for us). Hit furious for positioning, after it wears off, clicked stonewall and nothing happened (greyed out).

You can't hit a disc with silence on, if you try to refresh and you aren't silenced, there should be no issues. I've been able to use discs during the tier 4 world boss fights but you have to get lucky for silence not to hit as you're clicking the disc or you get screwed out of it.

problem is discs arent working when not silenced either

can someone explain how to reproduce the issue? (besides when you are silenced)
discs are working fine when I test them.

I just did some testing since it seemed weird that this problem was "random".

With no short duration discs active (Rogue's Fury, Commanding Voice, Fists of Wu), my rogue discs work completely fine.

With Rogue's Fury buff on, my other discs just "grey out".

If I have a regular disc active (Duelist, for instance) and I try to cast Rogue's Fury, I get a "Your spell did not take hold" error.

I think it has something to do with the client thinking Rogue's Furry/commanding voice/fists of wu is a discipline that is already running. It is a disc, but it goes to short duration buff window, so when I go to click Duelist, it's like "woah, you've already got a disc running, so i'm going to just grey your button out and screw you on the disc!"

Also, I have not checked, but I'm guessing Fists of Wu/Commanding Voice/Rogue's Fury still aren't stacking with each other...
