Eye of Shiknar

The aug Eye of Shiknar is a type 4 aug with 4dmg and procs avatar...I was wondering if this aug could be changed to proc champion? The spell avatar close to worthless at level 70, the only stat useful would be the atk bonus. If the item to easily obtained how about another aug with the champion proc implemented into the game.

Isn't that dropped in Fungus group? If so no - i want to have upgrade options for raid drops available.
