Leather/cloth Traitor Legs (too much AC?)

Uhmmm I find it weird that the Leather/cloth Traitor Legs has 110 AC which is the same as the plate/chain version.

Take a look at the Traitor Plate/Chain Boots (80AC) vs. Traitor Leather/cloth Boots (50AC). Shouldn't the legs be also much lower... maybe around 70 AC?

Any chance this item from PoAir (Tier5 loot) can at least be inline (statwise) with Traitor legs (Tier3)? Maybe up the AC to 75 instead of 50? Both are not boss drops, so a Tier5 item should at least be a little better than a Tier3 item (since both are exactly for the same target classes):
