So ... EQ Live zones to explore?

I know at least a few of you still play EQ live. I've not since GoD so I'm rather unfamilliar with the new zones. I got my free 30 days when I purchased the SoD package and really don't have too much interest in playing though.

However, today I got a smart idea ... I'd like to go exploring to see the new zones since GoD. So my question to y'all is this: What are some good zones for a SoS rogue to go exploring in? I don't have any fear of dying so don't worry about that.

Stoneroot Falls. Not sure how reliable SoS will be all the way through the zone, however. It's interesting the way it is laid out, with the ramps going up and down, and winding around.

Wall of Slaughter. Just because. That's such a fun zone, with all the wandering mobs that decide to join in on the fun of your current pull. There is one mob, huge critter whose name I can't remember right now, that may see thru SoS.

Blightfire Moor. No, you probably won't find anything worthwhile to kill at your level but you WILL get to see why I enthuse about that zone so much. It's laid out in such a nice, progressive manner with the mob layout, it's hard to believe that it's actually IN EQ.

Valdeholm. Will bring back memories of Kael, but this is the big brother, all grown-up version.

Arcstone, Isle of Spirits. Beautiful zone. Unless you are a Druid who likes to root/rot or kite...because those cute lil beasties summon like nobody's business.

Dragonscale Hills. Another pretty zone. Just watch out for the mean beasties. Was a fun zone to group in.

Those are the ones just off the top of my head. I don't have Underfoot, and I didn't get into SoD very far before I stopped playing Live and found my way here.

Have fun and kill a few gnomes for me, please!!!
I need a scorecard to keep track of all of my alts!!
Kymarrah/ Mierrie/ Cialla/ Dhaani/ Bellabee
and so very many more....

Oh there's quite a few zones that are really cool since GoD. The Depths of Dark Hollow zones are really interesting and unique. The Prophets of Ro zones are visually stunning I think. They really started using geographical features and terrain in these zones. It's not just miles of flatness with a large hill or two lol. I stopped playing right shortly after The Serpent's Spine expansion was released and never made it all the way to 75 but some of those zones were pretty cool too. They even have some lower level content I believe since there was a new starting city for the new race.

yiuplan to explore zones on LIVE or on THF? =)
Cause on THF all zones beyond DoN have no mobs in them =)
And DoN mobs mostly on indiferent factions
so nothing to fear...
no to mention a gm tag

Good point Chaos!

I just remembered too that SoS is a level 63 AA ... ain't no way I'll get that (made a new Rogue on MM server) so Emu will just have to be the way things go.

I just need an SoD login
