Moving from KC to SolB = really tough?

Is there a significant increase in difficulty when moving from the second tier (Guk, KC, CoM) of leveling zones into the third tier (SolB, PoV, OldSeb)?

I am currently a 59 Ranger with a PalBot tank/healer. I had been soloing 5-mob named groups (Venril, King, Lord) in KC and Guk so I felt I was ready to move up. I zone into SolB and get decimated in 5 seconds by a single white Kobold. Do the upgraded Sune buffs at 60 make that big a difference, or am I nearing the end of the content that can be done without adding to my group?

Better off doing golems in PoV (levitate and hug right wall to get there).

Seb/Solb can be tough

The summoning is not an issue yet as I am still meleeing until I get Endless Quiver. Are those zones on the custom loot tables or are would they be pretty much just for XP? I was looking at the augs that drop in the next custom zones and I would not mind collecting those as I level is possible.

THF has already spoiled me lol.

well the problem is in the custom zones, the named are really beefed up. and for good reason too they drop such good loot. going into the 3rd tier zones fresh without that gear and levels and aa, the named will probably pwn anyone. solb is a horrible zone to level, there's a named ph every 5 steps in the kobold area. what i did was go through seb, theres a lot of areas you can kill that don't have named, and also killing in povalor. save the air infused waters for blacksmithing as well. once you get 70 you can easily kill some of the named in seb and solb and start getting that gear.

actualy its the other way around:
SolB/Sebilis is EASIER than PoValor
2 month ago I have tuned down all the mobs DPS there down by 30%
and Sebilis has the LOWESt level mobs in the Tier 3 range

I got annoyed in Seb/Solb as I was always encountering named who were ripping me up.

Least in PoV golems I could exp in peace

Solb and Sebilis are zones to group in. Always said that - if you get ripped a new one trying to solo -> working as intended

I must have been at the perfect level to NOT go into SolB. I hit 60 last night and went into SolB and Seb and did half a level plus 18 AAs and even took down a white named after a few tries.

SolB is still tougher as you can't really tell whats around each corner but at least I felt safe looking around a bit
