WTB wiz advice!

I'm kinda confused on what to do with my wiz. There are 3 items that I want to put on, but only have 2 slots where to go to. Wish we have class forums so we can discuss about gear, AAs, etc.

1.) Radiant Feather of Order (True Fire focus, 575hp/mana) - range slot
2.) Bulwark of Shimmering Order (True Quickening focus + 135AC, 600hp/mana) - secondary slot
3.) Writ of Dragonkind (Brilliance of Ro focus, 500hp/mana) - range/secondary slot

Currently, I've equipped #1 & #2. Should I replace any of those for #3... am I missing a lot without the Brilliance focus?? I wish the radiant feather would be equipable on some other slot (ie. like ear maybe? lol... like how tribal people would use feathers as earrings )

Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

During my time on live the brilliance of ro focus and the related enchanter spells were only effective in reducing the fizzle rate (a very small amount, I might add) and were considered worthless. I'm not sure if they have it coded to do something differently on the emu, but the spellfile looks to have the same effect as the live version.

Thanks for the advice guys... so basically brilliance just affects fizzle rate... (I rarely fizzle when nuking). I thought it would also affect the damage potential of my nukes. Will retain #1 & #2 then.

It doesn't. IF (notice big capital letters) it does anything at all.

Yeah, I should really be parsing my damage output to get hard data... too lazy to do anything, when I login, just wanna kill stuff.. good way to relieve RL stress. LOL
