World Boos loot changes (quote from Tyler)

After a closer examination we realized that the loot is way too powerful for the expected levels. As this went live, i only cross checked Chaotic Sev and that seemed fine. However especially the lower tiers (Fippy,Chaotic Cyclops etc) have way too powerful weapons and items. 36/20 Weapons with 15 magic Damage + 2 Type 8 Augs coming from a mob with
3.5k max hit. I don't think i need to say more.

Todays is the first round of item sweeps. What this means is this:
Existing Items keep their double Aug slots, they will be however no drop now. So no further transfer is possible. I understand that this is not good if its on a trader or mule, but i don't see any other chance. The same will happen with all later tier existing armor. So if you have it on a twink or mule now, make sure you assign it to a
Toon you expect to use or get rid of it fast in the Bazaar.

In addition the stats and Damage Ratios have been brought in line with its intended tier. (SSra level). In addition a new set of items with the same name have been created and added to the loot tables. These will be Attunable again but miss their 2nd Aug slot. They have increased HP/Mana in comparsion to their now predecessors, though.

Keep in mind that in the coming week ALL World Loot bosses will be reviewed and brought in Line with the difficulty of the mob it drops from.
