I seriously dunno how to explain.

Been afk most of the afternoon, come back to my comp and see I'm at character selection screen. Hit enter, get back in game. And a few seconds later, I see another char of my account pop in front of me.

Odd reflex, but I immediatly try logging another SoD, get to char selection screen, log said char that I just saw pop, and get in game.

So right now, I have 2 SoD running, with 2 chars from the same account grouped in bazaar, that hear themselves talking and hear the rest of the world too.

Where it gets even weirder, I get /tell's from Malo, telling me he/she's trying to log another box with his/her user/pass, but instead is accessing random accounts. Told guildies of the problem (but there's not much people on). Told he/she been getting to 14 accounts, several times mine, kinda every account but the good one.

I'll leave Malo give further details, but both chars from same account logged in and running around is already quite abnormal.

Yeah there's some odd stuff going on with the private LS today.

I saw that my wizard (Zouk) got kicked to char select. Not a big deal since I wasn't doing anything. A few minutes later I see an OOC from Leoben saying that when he logged in, he was logged in as Zouk instead of his character. He said that he connected through the private LS.

Edit: As a side note, my unknown errors are fixed.

Ok. Here is the situation I am having.

I have multiple accounts. I log in to 2 accounts just fine getting ready to play. As I am logging into my third everything seems fine until I get to the character select screen. It pops up and its completely empty.

No worries. This has happened before. I log off and log back on only to find myself on an account that is not mine.

Once again I relog. This time getting onto the account of the user above. I log in and and inform his guild of the situation then log off. Shortly after I see he is on and let him know what has happened.

Now fast forward 20 more minutes. I have tried 16 or 17 times to get onto my account. I have seen my characters one time but when i tried to log into my character I end up on a completely random character I have never seen before.

I have no idea how to fix this issue. I would hate to see someone exploit this and take items or use characters that do not belong to him.

Plus I still cant get into my account.

Any help would be much appreciated. I am completely stumped.

something may have evolved, I thought I'd try running a third client to log my main, and both other got booted.

Tried again logging twice the same account, it boots the one already connected.

Well I have tried around 30 times now. The last 5 times or so I have gotten nothing but a blank character select screen.

I am unsure if this whole account mix up has gone two ways and some has possibly deleted my character or this is just an error once again.

Once again thanks for any advice anyone can provide on this subject.

Also, Malo gave me her druids acocunt name and pw, and I was able to leg her in from Titanium and SoD client, and with private and eqemu ls too.. so umm?

Soo while we were killing Dain minutes ago, Kumi crashed, relogged, and got in someone's account a couple times apparently. I know he switched to SoD today, I'll direct him to the forum when he's back from eating.

I know this was an issue with previous revisions of the EQEmuLoginServer code, but it is supposed to be resolved now. If we can find out what version of the Login Server code that THF is running, it might help. Maybe you guys just need to update to the latest to resolve the issues you have seen with it so far. Make sure you are not running the old pre-compiled windows Binaries for the Login Server. You have to compile it yourself from within the source code to be able to use the latest one.

For the most part my issues were resolved. Although it took many tries logging in I got my own account eventually and I see my druid.

I am not worried about my account as much as what someone could do if this happens to them and they want to be malicious. I just hope this doesnt happen again as I would hate to see someone use this as an exploit and take items or use other peoples characters.
